Steep this tea for 2-3 minutes at 195F. Make sure you use something with a very fine strainer, be it a perfect tea maker or the fine mesh you find in some of their tea pots. Otherwise you will get little bits of tea debris everywhere!
Mmmmm you can really smell the spicey-ness of this tea. At work I would drink this almost every day and people would say it smelled of potpourri!
This tea blend is super complex(and excellent without sugar). As you can tell by all the ingredients, there is a lot going on. Cinnamon is the most prominent flavor backed by a little kick of the pepper, heating you up as you drink it. The ginger lingers delicately and the citrus flavors finish the sip with a clean and lighter feel. All in all this tea is amazing. I was nearing the end of my can when I wrote this review and then it turns out my Grandma sent me some in my christmas box! If you are on the fence about buying or trying this tea, take the leap. now. It’s truly a cup you can have any time you feel like, not too much caffeine and great for any time of day.
If you have any questions or suggestions for future tea reviews, send me a PM! :)

My fave tea!...discovered just in time for teavana to close all of their US stores. Lol
ReplyDeleteI really want to find a recipe to make my own now. Any suggestions on where to start for ingredients?
Thank you in advance
